Pastor Denis came to college park in October of 2006.  He is a graduate of Grand Rapids School of Bible and Music (GRSBM), which merged with GR Baptist College and is now called Cornerstone University.  He has pastored churches in Oshkosh, WI, Allen Park, MI and Kingman AZ.  He has 3 grown children and 3 incredible grandchildren...just ask him!!! He has been married to his lovely wife, Barbara, for over 40 years!!!  Both he and Barbara enjoy being busy as well as taking time for active refreshment whether hiking, swimming, or scuba diving!!!

Denis describes his preaching style as primarily expository, meaning a  verse by verse exposition of Scripture.  He does however enjoy bringing topical and textural messages from time to time, which he believes, brings a well rounded style to his preaching approach.  His heart is to convey God's Word and His principles so that life change is the result.  He has been preaching and teaching God's Word for about 26 years. 

If you ever offer Denis some squash to eat...be prepared to get a sermon!!!  That is one thing that he does not like...big time.  He does admit to though his love for M & M's and Dorito's and of course...cars...fast cars!!!

Kimberly is a busy gal who wears many hats in the Children's Ministry here at college park.  She is our AWANA Commander as well as in charge of making sure that our Children's Church is adequately staffed.  She also get's involved in the planning and presenting of Children's Programs for special events.  She is the mother of 5 boys...and if you add her husband Richard to the mix...she will say that she has 6 kids!!!
